Very recently The delhi high court and The Supreme Court gave order to remove The president of MCI (Medical Council of India) Dr. Ketan Desai. The verdict said , " If the corrupted person like hm sells the Medical facilities! " Generally Medical Council doing corruption in two ways..") by san ctioning the medical colleges unlawfully..) by given permission of admission for the new students more than the original seats reserved for them.
