The situation changes with the time. So the rules & regulations also needs to change to move on. No thing is exempted in here. In 1985, The brochures were made for first time according to the condition , the situation, the treatment related information and the surroundings of that time.
As the time roll on, the second edition were published with amendment & enlargement into some extent in 1984. That time it was published in two times. The third and the fourth edition were also Published in the year 2004 & 2007 respectively. It was the fourth edition which had to published for four times . Now our workings has spread up to the every corner of the State and our branches spread up to the other states also.
Various problems are arising day. Old to day . Our socio-economic status is changing with the time also. The Medical science is developing its idea day to day. Old methods changes with the new one. Old drugs changes its compositions with the new molecules. The government too has made changes is Health –policy. The process will be going on. So we have to made changes. We need to made changes in our brochure with some amendments and amendments or deployments into some extent where ever it looks as necessary. Only for this reason we made an five members spl. Committee in our State Committee Meeting (Gadiara, Howrah) held on 19-20 September,2015. To review had made its fifth edition after consulting with the expertise in different meetings and send the copies to the officials of every district and their units to review for the approves of the State Committee. At last the fifth edition. Approves in fifth State Conference in 2017.
